The challenge

The Craigieburn Bunnings needed to generate buzz and raise awareness around the new click & collect service they had begun offering to snag-loving customers and tradies.

Since this service was specific to the Craigieburn Bunnings store, we had to ensure that we were targeting locals and getting the relevant eyeballs on our campaign.

The TMS solution

To maximise ROI, we rolled out a Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaign knowing it was the perfect way to inform and educate the relevant Aussies in the area. This strategy involved 2 different steps

We used GPS data to predetermine a route around the suburb that would get us the most exposure. Then, we sent a fleet of scooters out onto the streets of Craigieburn to let people know about the convenient new service available at their local Bunnings.

We sent out a secondary fleet of scooters to increase customer recall. These posters featured additional information on how people in the area could use click & collect.
