Tipple was a brand new and unheard-of alcohol delivery service in Australia. We were faced with the challenge of spreading awareness and encouraging people to give it a go for the first time.

Since sporting events and drinking often go hand in hand, we tapped into the sport-loving culture that Sydney and Melbourne are renowned for. We did this by geotargeting our campaign and placing it where we knew our target audience would see it. Our solution was comprised of two steps:

STEP ONE: Awareness
We placed street posters along the popular routes to AFL, NRL, Cricket and Spring Racing precincts. As journeys to and from these events are key drinking moments, we knew these posters would have maximum impact.
STEP TWO: Trial
On Grand Final days, we had a team of ambassadors descend on train stations wearing walking boards and handing out discount vouchers to footy fans.
